I can't say enough positive things about Amber. We have now bought 2 houses and sold 1 with her and I will never use another agent. She is one of the most honest, transparent, hard working individuals I have met. We bought our first home with her over two years ago, and because of the amazing experience and level of service she provided we chose to use her again to buy and sell again to get into what is hopefully now our forever home. I must admit, we actually have a few good friends who are agents, and we still chose to go with Amber. She has a ton of knowledge of the industry and will always put your best interests first. I can barely put into words how ecstatic we are to have been able to close both our purchase and our sale on the sale day to have them close contingently... It's takes an army and Amber has a solid team or people working with her to help get all the minutia covered to close.

Amber actually helped me buy and sell. Both transactions had complexities that she had to work through, and she was extremely patient and understanding throughout the sale. The purchase, on the other hand, was expedited as quickly as possible (18 day escrow) due to circumstances, and she handled it beautifully. None of this would have worked out at all if she had not worked as hard as she did.

I met Amber at an open house. I was actually looking for an agent but did not tell her that ;). I met with several agents that day, but she was the only one that followed up with me the next day. You want someone who wants your business not someone you have to work for and she delivered.

She immediately recommended an great mortgage broker to deal with(I also recommend him, Matt Dennison) and it worked out great.

She found me a home in my price range and location then negotiated 25K off the selling price.
